Meet Hilary
I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and cared for throughout the counseling process. I believe therapy is both courageous and deeply personal, and my hope is to help individuals better understand themselves, their experiences, and the patterns that may be impacting their present lives and relationships.

My therapeutic background draws from Person-Centered Therapy, EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, women’s issues, eating disorders, ADHD in adults, faith and spirituality concerns, and life transitions.

I understand that beginning therapy can feel intimidating, which is why I aim to make the process feel approachable, supportive, and collaborative from the very beginning. It is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater healing, resilience, and meaningful growth.
